Windshield washer nozzle failure (clogging) has been determined to be due to corrosion debris from the heating element. An improved windshield washer nozzle connector, with a better corrosion resistant heating element, is now available as a replacement part.

When replacing the nozzle, the nozzle connector must also be replaced with the modified version. This will prevent clogging of the new nozzle.
