SUBJECT: REPAIR OF HEATER HOUSING WITH REPLACEMENT PARTS MODEL 126

Legroom air flaps are now available for model 126, in addition to replacement sections for the heater housing and the repair kit containing levers and clips.. Replacement of the complete heater housing, for instance if a housing section is cracked or a legroom flap or a lever is broken, is no longer necessary, and will not be accepted under warranty.

The available housing sections, legroom flaps and repair kit replacement parts are shown in Figures 1 to 5, respectively.

Repair Notes

1. The condensation drain outlet caps
(6) and the rivet (arrow) for the ETR switch capillary tube must be removed from the heater housing lower section (Figure 6).
2. If the seals (arrows, Figures 1-3) are not installed on the ordered parts, installation is required. In addition, one seal each (7, Figure 2) must be installed on the left and right side as shown.
