Air Filter Element: Service and Repair

REPLACING AIR FILTER ELEMENT

Without Air Pump:





- Remove air filter element.
- Clean out air cleaner housing and cover.
- Inspect air cleaner cover seal and replace if damaged.
- Carefully insert new air filter element and note correct location of rubber seals.

With Air Pump:




1 Engine filter element
2 Air pump filter element

- Remove air filter element (1) and (2)..
- Clean out air filter housing and air filter cover.
- Inspect filter cover seal and replace if damaged.
- Carefully insert new air filter element and note correct location of rubber seals.
