Removal

REMOVAL PROCEDURE:
1. Push back and cover both driver's seats.
2. Drain (recycle) air conditioning system.
3. Unscrew hose line on expansion valve and on evaporator pipe and seal the openings.
4. Remove heater box with heat exchanger. Service and Repair
5. Remove heat exchanger.
6. Remove expansion valve.

Evaporator Temperature Regulator (ETR) Switch (15):

7. Pull capillary of Evaporator Temperature Regulator (ETR) switch (15) out of evaporator.



8. Pull out slide piece (13) on air conditioner unit in direction of arrow.

Expansion Valve (4):

9. Unscrew hex. screws (15) and remove evaporator (11).
