Removal

REMOVAL PROCEDURE:
1. Remove heater box. Service and Repair



2. Remove clips (1) on front end of heater box with offset circlip pliers.



3. Pull the two clips (2) with circlip pliers off in direction of arrow and remove shim (3).



4. Remove front end of heater box. Watch bearings (8).
5. Remove heat exchanger.
